Located in the heart of one of the oldest neighborhoods in Port Elizabeth, Rowallan Park Primary School stands as a beacon of education, community, and spirit. Our school has continually evolved to meet the diverse needs of our community while preserving the values that have made us a cornerstone of education in the area.
Rowallan Park Primary proudly offers a parallel medium language of instruction structure, in both Afrikaans and English, embracing the cultural and linguistic diversity that characterizes our nation. Our commitment to bilingual education ensures that approximately 900 learners have the opportunity to excel academically while preserving and celebrating their heritage.
From Grade R to Grade 7, we provide a comprehensive and holistic education that lays a strong foundation for our students' future success. Our dedicated and passionate educators guide our learners through their formative years, nurturing their intellectual, social, and emotional growth.
At Rowallan Park Primary, we believe in the power of tradition and innovation working hand in hand. Our teaching staff consists of a unique blend of experienced educators who bring wisdom and seasoned expertise to the classroom, as well as young, innovative, and passionate teachers who infuse our educational approach with fresh perspectives and modern methodologies.
Many of our staff members serve on organizational bodies and committees for a variety of sports codes within Port Elizabeth and its surrounds.

The badge was designed by Ms. Maxie du Plooy. Our motto, WE SERVE, was suggested by our first headmaster, Mr O. Hough.
We serve God above all and we serve our fellow man. This service is performed by carrying out the message which is symbolized by the letter in the dove's beak. The sun and sea are symbolic of our goal to carry out a never-ending message of servitude.
